International trust and corporate services provider Equiom has appointed Nick Evans as its Head of Corporate Development, Europe.
Nick will join Equiom in August and take responsibility for leading the firm’s growth strategy in Europe.
He has 25 years’ experience in banking, specialising in structured finance for the past 15 years.
He joins from Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was Director, Structured Finance. He had responsibility for originating, structuring and executing the provision of senior debt alongside mid-market private equity.
