Trust and corporate services provider Equiom has acquired Equation HK, the Hong Kong-based business formerly known as Grant Thornton Corporate Services.
The whole Equation team will move into Equiom’s new offices in the China Evergrande Centre in Guangzhou this month.
Led by Managing Director Laure Mathieu, Equation was stablished in 2010 to help individuals and corporations set up legal entities in Hong Kong. It also provides ongoing administrative services to ensure compliance status.
