Jersey-based investment reporting and advice provider Enhance Group has promoted former Head of Consultancy Dr Ruzhen Li to Head of Advisory.
Having been with Enhance since 2014, Dr Li has relocated from the group’s London office to its Jersey headquarters and will lead portfolio and consultancy advice services going forward.
She will manage a team of nine investment consultants, research analysts and support staff overseeing investment assets on behalf of a global fiduciary and family office client base.
A chartered financial analyst, Dr Li has more than 13 years of experience in researching investment managers to advise families and their professional teams on complex investment affairs.
Her career started with Deloitte Private Client Services in 2006. Dr Li then co-led a management buyout of the investment consulting and advisory business, which resulted in the founding of LJ Athene Investment Advisory, where she took on the role of Head of Research.
As part of Dr Li’s promotion, she will assume the role of Managing Director of Enhance’s JFSC-regulated business, Enhance Wealth Consultancy, and is also a member of Enhance Group’s executive committee.
