Investment reporting and consultancy services group Enhance has appointed Lyndon Trott as Non-Executive Chairman.
Lyndon, who has served as a Non-Executive Director at Enhance since 2016, takes over the role from the group’s founder, James Painter, who will remain on the board in an NED and investor role.
Lyndon has held several senior positions, with a strong focus on corporate governance, oversight, financial regulation and risk management. He is a member of the CityUK Advisory Board, as well as Chairman of Guernsey Finance, for which he has served as a board member since 2013.
He was also Guernsey’s first ever Treasury Minister and became the island’s longest-serving Chief Minister.
As a member of Enhance's board for the past three years, Lyndon has a solid understanding of the firm's services and people.
In his new role, he will provide continuity to the board, and his experience in asset management, investment funds, capital markets and the fiduciary sector will support Enhance’s growth strategy.
