Financial services provider Enhance Group has appointed Tom Wiseman (pictured) as Group CEO from 1 October, taking over from James Painter, who will become Executive Chairman.
Tom is currently Managing Director of Enhance’s London business, a role he has held for almost two years. He will relocate to Jersey to take up the new post.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Stockbroker at Charles Stanley & Co and a Partner at Seven Investment Management, both in London.
Jersey-based James was one of the original founders of Enhance in 2005. In his new position, he will focus on strategic direction at board level, as well as supporting the company’s global business development.
His career began in 1996 at ABN Amro, moving on to the Royal Bank of Canada and then Equity Trust.
