Jersey-based Cyan Regulatory Services has appointed Helen Holmes as Associate Director.
Helen has more than 20 years’ experience working within the banking, investment, fund and trust sectors. She joins Cyan from Standard Bank, where she has worked for the past 12 years, latterly as Head of Business Management, Investment Services.
Prior to this, Helen worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission in its Enforcement and Policy Divisions, focusing on anti-money laundering measures.
She began her career with Arthur Andersen, where she spent four years undertaking audit and advisory services across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, as well as investigatory work on behalf of the JFSC.
