Corporate services provider Crestbridge has appointed Anke Jager to the position of Director of Corporate Services in Luxembourg.
In her new role, Anke will take responsibility for overseeing Crestbridge’s business in Luxembourg, which offers a range of corporate, administration and company secretarial services to global institutions, including funds, fund managers, corporates and banks.
With over 12 years’ experience within Luxembourg’s financial services industry, Anke has specialised in the multi-jurisdictional company secretarial and corporate governance arena, and has also sat on a number of company boards.
Prior to joining Crestbridge, Anke spent 10 years at corporate and fund administrator Aztec in Luxembourg, where she was a member of the board and also helped the firm build its fund and corporate administration business in the jurisdiction.
