Crestbridge has announced that Dean Hodcroft (pictured) will succeed Graeme McArthur as Chief Executive Officer in July 2021, subject to regulatory consent. Graeme has led the firm since 2012.
Dean will join Crestbridge from London-based property investment and finance firm Cale Street Partners, where he has spent the past six years as Chief Financial Officer.
He will relocate to Jersey in April to work with the senior leadership team ahead of taking over as CEO.
Prior to joining Cale Street in 2015, Dean spent 26 years working for EY in London, having led its real estate tax group for the UK.
He also acted as head of its real estate industry practice for EMEIA, where he advised the firm's major clients, including real estate funds, investors, developers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
