Crestbridge_Paul Hunter and Heather Tibbo_jan20Jersey-based family office services provider Crestbridge has announced a joint venture with US-based financial services specialist Willow Street.

The joint venture aims to bring together the global reach of Crestbridge, which has a footprint in six international finance centres, with Willow Street’s trust and fiduciary expertise.

The partnership will allow families with US-based interests to access a global platform for protecting and structuring their wealth and assets.

Willow Street has been working with families and their advisers for more than 15 years, providing trustee and fiduciary support services.

Members of Crestbridge’s team will work alongside Willow Street’s team in the firm's Wyoming office. The joint venture will be led on Crestbridge’s side by Family Office Group Heads Heather Tibbo and Paul Hunter, and by Phillip Harrington, Chairman and CEO of Willow Street.

Crestbridge says the move strengthens the firm's profile in the US – it opened an office in New York last year to support its US-based institutional client base.

John Harris, Chairman of Crestbridge, commented: “This is a hugely positive step in helping us to realise our ambitions in the US, a market we are focused on and where our business is seeing significant growth.

"Together with Heather Tibbo and Paul Hunter, I’m looking forward to working with the team at Willow Street, in whom we have found a true partner.”
