Independent fund and corporate service provider Crestbridge has appointed corporate lawyer Danny Cole as a Director of Corporate Services.
Based in the firm’s Jersey office, Danny will be responsible for merger and acquisition deals, services to complex structures and directing a number of entities.
In the latest move of a 15-year career, he joins from international law firm Appleby in Jersey, where he advised on corporate finance transactions, international M&A, restructurings, listings and regulatory issues.
He has also acted for a range of corporate clients, banks, insurers and other financial institutions.
