Nick Marshall, a Senior Associate at Collas Crill, has qualified as a Jersey Advocate.
Following the completion of his exams and a two-year period working for the local law firm, Nick Marshall was sworn in before the Royal Court of Jersey earlier this month.
Based in Collas Crill's fiduciary team, Nick has significant experience in advising on private wealth structures and other fiduciary matters.
He specialises in all aspects of Jersey trusts and foundations law and regularly advises on the establishment of, and ongoing work involved in, trusts and foundations used for managing private wealth.
