Offshore law firm Collas Crill has acted for Playtech, one of the world's largest online gaming software suppliers, in the acquisition of games designer Eyecon for up to £50 million.
Eyecon launched in Guernsey and Alderney in 2013 and has become a leading provider of online games. The acquisition was led by David McLeish, Corporate Partner at English e-gaming specialist Wiggin.
The Collas Crill team was headed by Group Partner Wayne Atkinson and Senior Associate Simon Heggs, with property advice provided by Partner Paul Nettleship.
