Law firm Collas Crill has appointed Stephen Adams as a Partner in its Singapore office.
Stephen has been practising offshore for close to 20 years, advising on commercial cross-border matters including joint ventures, mergers, acquisition finance, asset and project finance, investment funds, alternative investments, private equity and capital market transactions.
He joins the firm from Bedell Cristin, where he headed up its Singapore office. He was also a senior member of the British Virgin Islands practice area, having been instrumental in the launch of that office in 2012.
Prior to that, Stephen founded BVI law firm Barker Adams, following his role as Corporate Senior Partner at Walkers in the BVI.
He also acts as non-executive director for a number of hedge funds.
