The Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2017 were announced last night in the City of London.
Now in its fourth year, the event celebrates individuals and companies that support female leadership and diversity within the wealth management sector.
A total of 17 Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards were handed out. Winners were selected from a shortlist of over 100 candidates drawn up by seven judges, all prominent figures from the wealth industry. Additional online voting was verified by an independent third party.
This year’s winners from the Channel Islands include:

• Leadership (Large Institutional) – Bronze: Wendy Martin, EY
• Leadership (Professional Services -IFC) – Gold: Sally Edwards, Ogier; Silver: Sarajane Kempster, RBC Wealth Management; Bronze: Louise Bracken-Smith, Fairway Trust
• Business Growth (Professional Services) – Silver: Lisa Vizia, Saffery Champness; Bronze: Karen Grieve, Volaw
• Rising Stars – Bronze: Helen Ruelle, Mourant Ozannes
