The Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority (CISEA) has promoted two senior executives.
Robbie Andrade and Jon Richards have been made Directors, joining Chairman Mark Tubby and CEO Advocate Diana Thompson on the board.
Robbie joined the Exchange in April 2005 and now has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the listings department.
Jon leads CISEA’s regulatory team, overseeing market surveillance, continuing obligations, compliance and membership. He joined the Exchange in 2014 following a career in law enforcement. He had been managing the Financial Criminal Team at the Financial Investigation Unit prior to joining CISEA.
CISEA is the wholly owned subsidiary of listed parent company the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Limited (CISE) and is licensed to operate an investment exchange by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
