Walkers Senior Counsel Daniel Read (pictured) has been named Rising Star: Labour & Employment at the Euromoney Legal Media Group Europe Rising Stars Awards, presented in London recently.
The awards, given to lawyers aged under 40, are decided from submissions across more than 90 jurisdictions. Daniel, a Jersey Advocate who leads Walkers' Jersey employment law team, was one of three lawyers awarded in the category.
Meanwhile, among the Country Award winners, Kate McCaffrey, Managing Associate in Ogier's Jersey office, was named Rising Star: Channel Islands.
