The Jersey Chamber of Commerce’s next Lunch event will be held on 11 October at the Radisson Blue.
Entitled ‘Jersey as a Smart Island: how the Internet of Things is set to transform the way we live and work’, the event will explore two technologies that are set to change our lives: the Internet of Things and Smart Cities.
Tony Moretta, CEO of Digital Jersey, will give an overview of the global potential for IoT and how commerce in Jersey could benefit from its development.
And Nic Miller, consultant and former GCHQ cyber analyst, will examine the pitfalls that accompany emerging technology and how to mitigate the risk to our personal or company data.
