Guernsey-based management consultancy CBO has promoted Dominic Ash to Director.
He will focus on CBO's consultancy and change management service lines, leading business development, guiding relevant work and developing the internal team’s skills and capabilities.
Dominic has 20 years’ experience within management consultancy and has worked on large-scale transformation programmes in the UK and the Channel Islands.
He has worked with CBO for the past two and a half years as a Senior Consultant.
Prior to relocating to Guernsey, Dominic spent eight years with London consultancy The Berkeley Partnership. Here he led transformation programmes and worked with blue-chip organisations across the finance, legal, insurance, IT, retail, regulatory and utilities sectors, as well as the public sector.
His earlier career included periods with Morgan Stanley, Capgemini and UMT Consulting Group.
