Andrew Tually, Counsel at offshore law firm Carey Olsen, has left the Guernsey office to join the firm's Singapore business.
Ben Morgan, Partner in Carey Olsen's Guernsey office, said: “Andrew is an experienced lawyer who has been with the firm for nearly 10 years, advising a wide range of global funds, banks, asset managers, administrators and custodians.”
Andrew has particular experience in the structuring, formation and provision of ongoing advice to open-ended and closed-ended collective investment schemes, including private equity, hedge funds and fund of fund structures.
He joined Carey Olsen in 2007, having worked as in-house Counsel for an insolvency practice in Australia, and prior to that as a graduate lawyer with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
