Carey Olsen has promoted Jersey corporate lawyer Nick Ghazi to Senior Associate.
Nick has been a member of the Jersey corporate team since 2017. His practice focuses on restructuring and debt finance, in particular acquisition finance, fund finance and real estate finance.
He has extensive experience advising lenders, bondholders and companies on the financial restructuring of distressed debtor groups, in relation to administrations, pre-pack acquisitions and UK schemes of arrangement.
He also advises on acquisition finance transactions (sponsor and lender side) and has acted on the acquisition of a number of household names.
Nick's early career included five years with Royal Bank of Scotland, and he has more recently worked with Kuit Steinart Levy and Addleshaw Goddard, both based in Manchester.
