Carey Olsen has announced two senior promotions within the firm's corporate practice in Jersey, with Claire Brazenall (pictured right) and Rebecca McQuillan promoted to Senior Associate.
Claire, who joined Carey Olsen in 2010, advises on all aspects of the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds. She has considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of restructurings, co-investments and portfolio acquisitions and financings.
Rebecca (pictured left) qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2013 and, prior to joining Carey Olsen, worked for Carson McDowell in Belfast.
She joined the corporate team in 2014 and has a diverse finance practice, with a focus on acquisition finance, fund finance and restructuring. She advises multinational and local clients, acting bank side and for sponsors and corporate borrowers.
In addition, Bryony Bird, who joined the Jersey corporate team in 2012 before moving to Carey Olsen's London office in 2016, has been named Senior Associate in London. She specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance transactions for a range of clients including global financial institutions, private equity firms and issuers.
