Cloud solutions provider Calligo has purchased Canadian cloud services provider 3 Peaks.
The acquisition of the Burlington, Ontario and Vancouver-based business, which has clients across Canada and the US, forms part of Calligo’s strategy to expand into North America.
3 Peaks clients will now have access to Calligo services alongside their existing agreements.
Julian Box, Calligo’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “This acquisition will allow us to provide our GDPR-enabled infrastructure and services to clients based there."
He added: “With the backing of Investcorp Technology Partners, we are looking at further strategic add-on acquisitions over the coming months as we continue to expand our global footprint.”
3 Peaks will be rebranding to Calligo in due course. Most management positions are staying the same, with the sales, support and operations teams managed by existing 3 Peaks staff from the same location.
