Stafford Slater has been appointed Head of Networks and Security at C5 Alliance – a newly created role to develop and grow the firm's security services offering.
Stafford joins C5 after more than 18 years working at JT Group, most recently as Solutions Consultant with responsibility for the LAN/WAN services team located across the Channel Islands and UK.
His career has also included seven years as an on-call firefighter and seven as an electrical servicing engineer for the Jersey Electricity Company.
Stafford has a strong technical background in networking, information security and IT service management frameworks. He has experience designing and deploying secure network and voice solutions to enterprise customers in the financial services and retail sectors.
In his new role, he will build on security strategy across C5 Alliance, developing the security and networking practice and supporting the managed services team with the design and onboarding of managed security and networking solutions.
