Butterfield Group has made two senior appointments within its trust team.
Amy Glover, who will be based in London, has been appointed Vice President, Strategic Relationships for Group Trust, and Mark Farrell has joined as Head of Trust at Butterfield Trust (Asia) in Singapore.
Amy was most recently Global Director of Private Client for ALM Media/Legal Week, where she was responsible for managing the private client intermediary network and the Global Elite Membership Club.
As Vice President, Strategic Relationships, she will play a key role internationally in developing relationships between Butterfield and financial intermediaries and advisers serving high-net-worth families.
Mark has been working in the private client industry for more than 30 years, specialising in wealth planning and trust administration.
He joins Butterfield from the Bank of Singapore, where he has served as Head of Trusts/UHNW, for the past five years.
During his career, he has worked for banks and law firms across the UK and Switzerland, including Credit Suisse, Charles Russell Speechlys and Baker Tilly.
In his new role, Mark will lead the Butterfield team responsible for the provision of trust and fiduciary services to high-net-worth families in the region.
