Heritage International Fund Managers (HIFM), an independent management-owned fund administration business based in Guernsey, has promoted Associate Directors Kevin Smith, Mariana Enevoldsen and James Christie to the board.
Kevin, who has worked within the Guernsey financial services industry since 1996, joined HIFM in 2006 and has responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of funds including real estate, private equity and other alternative investments as well as the investment management offering of the firm.
Mariana joined HIFM in November 2013, initially focusing on the development of the group’s AIFMD offering and the establishment of depositary services. With more than 25 years experience in financial services, she is responsible for the Client Solutions function and is involved in all aspects of new business including regulatory applications.
James joined the company in 2011 having worked in the local funds industry since 1997. He has previously held a range of board appointments for fund management and licensed fund investment companies incorporated in Guernsey and other jurisdictions, developing a strong focus on corporate governance. James is responsible for the fund administration of a range of private equity, infrastructure, senior debt and energy funds.
