Tom Davies (pictured) has been appointed as a Partner within Bedell Cristin's London team, after four years with the firm.
A specialist in advising on Jersey structures in relation to overseas real estate investment, Tom has been involved in the sale and purchase of Jersey asset holding structures and in general corporate and commercial transactions.
He has 14 years’ experience advising on Jersey law, working initially in Jersey, then for 12 years in London. He joined Bedell Cristin as a Senior Associate in 2013 from Mourant Ozannes.
Tom is also Chairman of the Investment Property Forum’s Next Generation Committee and serves as the firm’s liaison with the Association of Real Estate Funds.
