Litigation and dispute resolution firm Baker & Partners has promoted Senior Associate Lynne Gregory to the firm’s partnership in Jersey.
Lynne is a senior litigator with more than 25 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, along with contentious matters relating to insolvencies and trusts.
An English qualified Solicitor and Jersey Advocate, her work focuses on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, often involving asset-tracing and fraud claims.
Lynne works with institutions, businesses and private individuals to identify and implement best solutions to a range of complex and challenging litigious and regulatory issues.
Before joining the firm in 2017, she spent several years as General Counsel to Centamin, an FTSE 250 mining company based in Jersey, where she carried out a wide range of international regulatory, compliance, advisory and commercial work, including litigation across the UK, Africa, Australia and Canada.
Prior to this, Lynne worked for law firms in London including Charles Russell Speechlys, Baker McKenzie and Allen & Overy.
