Guernsey law firm Babbé has appointed Tristan Ozanne to the role of Counsel, responsible for leading the corporate team.
Tristan joins the firm with more than 16 years’ offshore experience in corporate, commercial and financial law. He has served as a Senior Associate at Collas Crill for the past five years. Prior to that, he spent four years with Bedell Cristin and seven with Ogier.
In his new role, Tristan will focus on expanding the firm's corporate offering. The team advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, structuring financial products, corporate restructuring, regulatory advice and investment funds and regulated insurance companies.
