Fund and corporate services provider Aztec Group has appointed Ivana Paprckova as an Associate Director in Jersey.
Ivana will join the group’s Private Equity team, where she will play a lead role in the delivery of fund administration services to its private equity clients.
Day to day, she will oversee accounting, investor reporting, the audit process and the preparation and distribution of financial statements, in addition to advising on associated technical matters.
Ivana joins Aztec after almost nine years with PwC in Jersey, where she most recently served as a Senior Manager within its Asset Management – Assurance team. In this capacity, she led a team responsible for the delivery of audit and advisory services to a portfolio of private equity and real estate managers.
During her time with the firm, Ivana also undertook secondments to London and New York.
