Aztec Group has made a number of senior promotions and a senior appointment across its onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
Chris McErlane (pictured) has been promoted to Associate Director in the Guernsey office. Chris joined the Group in 2013 to lead a new client relationship team servicing Private Equity and Real Assets fund managers. With over 10 years’ experience in financial reporting and audit, Chris’s role is to ensure that his teams deliver outsourcing solutions that address clients’ needs and requirements.
James Pledger has been appointed as an Associate Director in the Jersey office, bringing over 30 years’ experience in accounting, audit, risk and compliance. James joined the Group’s Jersey office to lead a relationship with one of the most renowned European Private Equity fund managers. Focussing on complex migration project delivery, James ensures that the Group’s teams add value to the client’s back-office operations.
Anke Jager has been promoted to Director in the Group’s Luxembourg office. Anke was one of the first employees in the Luxembourg office in 2007, and has provided fund and corporate services to a variety of private equity and special situations venture funds since its inception. She has in-depth expertise in domiciling structuring vehicles, and now heads up our the Corporate Services team in Luxembourg.
Jim Whittingham has been promoted to Director in the UK office in Southampton. Having been with the Group for over eight years, Jim has played an instrumental part in the Group’s expansion. During his time working in Jersey, Luxembourg and now the UK office, he has ensured that the Group's multi-jurisdictional accounting and administration teams adhere to best practices.
