Guernsey-based Aspida Group has formed a partnership with Mainspring Fund Services to provide governance, compliance, administration and reporting services to Guernsey-domiciled private equity and venture capital funds.
The first fund launch for the partnership, a $550m Guernsey Private Investment Fund, completed its first close in January. The fund is domiciled in Guernsey and invests in growth-stage technology companies across Europe, Asia and North America.
Under the new partnership, Aspida provides fund managers with corporate and regulatory services, and delegates all fund accounting, administration and reporting to Mainspring, which is based in London.
