Appleby has named Alison MacKrill as a new Partner in the law firm’s Guernsey-based private clients and trusts team.
Alison has extensive experience advising clients in offshore jurisdictions. She joins Appleby after working in Guernsey for the past 14 years, most recently as Senior Associate at Carey Olsen. She has also spent time with Turcan Connell and Ogier.
Alison’s legal experience covers trust advisory work, employee share schemes and commercial trusts, along with advising on regulatory matters.
Her appointment marks a return to Appleby, having spent time as Counsel in the firm’s Bermuda office some years ago.
