Appleby Senior Associate Paula Fry has been sworn in as an Advocate at the Royal Court of Guernsey.
Paula, a private client and trust lawyer, has more than 19 years’ experience as a lawyer, nine of them within Guernsey. She joined Appleby in 2018 after almost six years with Carey Olsen.
Her work covers both non-contentious and contentious practice. She has been involved with a number of key decision applications, various mistake applications, trustee removal applications and the removal of a protector.
Paula is well acquainted with a broad spectrum of trust and estate-related matters, including the establishment of trusts, foundations, private trust companies, the preparation of wills and the administration of estates. She also advises trustees, protectors and beneficiaries.
