Appleby’s Global Technology & Innovation Group has launched its 2019 Technology and Innovation Offshore Guide and associated microsite.
As the pace of technological change accelerates, so too does the legal and regulatory landscape. The guide covers eight of the world’s largest offshore jurisdictions to provide clients with a single resource to help them identify the most suitable jurisdiction and structure for their technology projects.
To coincide with this launch, Appleby has also developed a dedicated microsite to showcase the latest legal updates, regulatory changes and other developments in the technology sector.
