Appleby has appointed Christophe Kalinauckas as Group Partner in its Jersey office.
Christophe (pictured right) joins the firm after eight years with Walkers. A Jersey Advocate, he specialises in corporate and private equity work, debt finance and real estate finance matters.
He also has experience in listing securities on The International Stock Exchange, including green bonds, private equity acquisition debt and high-yield bonds, as well as Asian-backed debt listings.
Christophe has also been admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney and English Solicitor (non-practising).
His offshore experience includes corporate, banking and finance work, private equity work, restructurings, joint ventures, advising on M&A deals and general non-contentious offshore law.
In addition, Paul Worsnop (pictured left), Senior Associate from Appleby’s Corporate Team in Jersey, has this week been sworn in as a Jersey Advocate in the Royal Court.
Paul has been with the firm since June 2016, after holding a number of roles in UK firms.
