Financial services provider Apex Group has made two senior appointments to its Corporate Solutions business in Jersey, with Stephen Reilly joining as Head of Corporate Solutions and Alice Read as Commercial Director.
Stephen joins Apex from Channel Islands facilities management and building services provider AFM, where he has spent the past year as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to this, he spent more than two decades with RBS International, latterly as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Banking and Financial Markets.
Alice moves to her new role from Intertrust, where she most recently served as Director of Corporate Services in Jersey. Prior to this, she was Intertrust's Managing Director in Dubai.
Earlier in her career, Alice held group secretarial roles within HSBC, Appleby and Experian, and spent almost two years in Dublin with Walkers.
Her new position within Apex will be to support commercial initiatives for the Corporate Solutions service line across the group, with a focus on strengthening client relationships.
