Jersey trust company Alex Picot Trust Company, which now operates independently to Alex Picot Chartered Accountants, has added a Tax Consultant and a Marketing Manager to its team.
Tax specialist Hannah Roynon-Jones joins Alex Picot having spent three and a half years with EY. She will advise on Jersey and UK tax compliance and oversee the exchange of information reporting, including FATCA and CRS.
In her newly created role, she draws on her knowledge of UK tax, including annual tax on enveloped dwellings, non-resident capital gains tax, the non-resident landlord scheme and UK domiciliary tax regulation.
In addition, communications professional Pauline Ramskill joins Alex Picot to develop its marketing plans and support business development activities.
She joins from Jersey PR agency Direct Input, where she provided PR support to retail, telecoms, IT and offshore financial services organisations.
Both Alex Picot Chartered Accountants and Alex Picot Trust continue as members of Kreston International, a worldwide network of independent accountancy firms.
