Jersey-based Alex Picot Trust Company has promoted Hannah Roynon-Jones to the role of Associate Director.
Previously Tax Manager, in her new role Hannah will focus on building her portfolio of private clients while working alongside the three Directors to move Alex Picot Trust Company forward.
She will continue to oversee the company’s Jersey tax compliance and FATCA/CRS compliance and reporting, while managing the tax services team she helped to establish.
Director Andrew Le Cheminant commented: “Since our separation from Alex Picot Chartered Accountants in 2016, we have focused on putting in place a team that can help us to move forward whilst remaining an independent Jersey trust company. Hannah’s promotion is central to this and is the first of a number of senior appointments we will be announcing in the coming months.”
Hannah joined Alex Picot Trust from Ernst & Young in 2016. She is a qualified chartered accountant and an Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland tax professional. She is experienced in UK tax, including annual tax on enveloped dwellings, non-resident capital gains tax, the non-resident landlord scheme, and UK domiciliary tax regulation.
