Facilities management specialist AFM has appointed Steve Martel as its new Client Relationship Manager.
Steve, who will be based in Guernsey, will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships and helping clients get the most out of their assets and estate.
He joins the facilities management company from Mitie, where he has spent the past five years as in-house Facilities Manager in Guernsey on a national Lloyds Banking Group contract.
In his previous position, Steve was responsible for delivering facilities and property management services for the bank. He has also held facilities management positions at Deutsche Bank, Guernsey.
