Global payment and risk management solutions provider AFEX has promoted Aaron Bird to Director of AFEX Offshore.
Previously a Sales Manager within the firm, Aaron will now lead the firm’s sales activity across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man from its Jersey office. He also joins the board of AFEX Offshore.
Aaron has over 15 years of experience in financial services, specialising in treasury and risk management solutions, and has been with AFEX since 2006.
Before moving to Jersey last January, he worked in AFEX’s London office, most recently as a Senior Account Executive, and has previously served as the firm’s Head of Private Clients.
AFEX Offshore was launched in October 2015 to provide overseas payments and risk management solutions to businesses in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
