Active Compliance has appointed Jo-Anne May to the role of Compliance Consultant as part of the company’s Regulatory Support team in Guernsey.
Jo-Anne has worked most recently at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, having worked within the Investment Business and Policy Division and the Innovation Unit, as well as assisting with the implementation of internal processes for PRISM. Jo-Anne has been in the financial services sector for over 20 years in Guernsey, bringing to Active a wealth of knowledge and experience. She will work alongside a number of consultants who form the Active Compliance Regulatory Support team.
Jo-Anne said “I am delighted to be joining Active at this time of development and change within the financial services sector, where I can use my previously gained regulatory and commercial experience for the benefit of Active’s clients”.
